I don't know how it happened, but I'm borderline a patch prostitute :/

Let's see your patch collection!

Here's my jumble.

Patch Game STRONG

I've got some duplicates, but really I don't have anywhere else to put them.
We really need to get more Nissan centric patches made!

Very strong patch game, sir. My collection is not nearly as impressive, but I'm working on it. This is a combination of stuff I've collected since I started off roading and exploring, and a few patches from my public safety life that are near and dear to me (uniform patches from my old department, my old RIC name tag from my helmet, etc).

Even my 6 year old son is really getting into it. He has a small collection starting himself above his seat in the back:

Do these things leave a roughed up area on the headliner when you remove them?

I've moved mine around a few times and they haven't left any roughed up areas at all. You'd never know they were there.

Welp, I've been sucked in to patches, just ordered a couple.

Quick question, is it possible to adhere strong velcro to the back of ones that don't come with the velcro loops on them? Meaning, if I ordered an Iron-on style patch, could I cut/trim a piece of velcro backing to adhere to the backside of the Iron-on style patch and have success?

I've been wondering that for a while now.
I can't seem to google a coherent enough search query to result in something intelligent.

I know you can sew them on.

I'd say at least 25% of my patches were purchased as an "iron on," and I fixed my own velcro to the back. Here's what I use:

https://www.ebay.com/itm/2-Yards-4-Wide-Black-Self-Adhesive-HOOK-ONLY-Tape-Fastener-BAV100-/282085513971?hash=item41ad9b5af3

It's got a REALLY strong adhesive that stays put. Remember that you can't use the actual ironing adhesive on the patch, because it'll just melt the hooks on the velcro.

Cool guys, thanks.  I'm going to give that a shot.
I suppose if you were crafty, you could sew in some stitches using fine thread to help with adhesion.

I've got a backlog of patches I've acquired, mostly from locations, that are the iron on type.
Death Valley, Outer Banks NC, etc.
