Topic: Well, our time here has gone...

Well, SCCX family, the Long's time in SoCal will come to an end this July. We've been reassigned, back to NoDak.

I usually don't get too dramatic about this kinda stuff on forums, but SCCX is different. We've made life long friends. I've honed my mechanical, camping, and wheeling skills thanks to you all. However, above all else, I've gained a family. You all welcomed this newb with open arms and showed me the SCCX way. I'm hoping we can have at least one more hoorah before we head back north. I also plan on trying to make Mojave Road runs every once in a while, too.

 The only thing constant is change. While you will be missed were only an internet away so you can keep in touch. Hopefully everything works out well for you and your growing family. I'm sure it will be nice to get out of that desert for a change. Good luck with the new assignment and I'm sure you will do just fine and find some great wheeling within a reasonable distance!

While I was having fun in Moab, Jenny was in Grand Forks looking at houses. She found one we like and we're now officially first time home owners.
