Seems outdoor activities are becoming more popular
Boy, you ain't kidding. Not only are the activities more popular right now, but the equipment/supplies/vendors that allow us to participate in those activities are still overwhelmed. Good luck to anyone trying to find a good deal on a kayak, mountain bike, roof top tent, 4 wheel drive vehicle, or anything else like that right now. My neighbor had to wait almost 6 months for his RTT to arrive after he purchased it in the spring time. COVID not only created an increased demand for these items, but it also disrupted the production and supply chain that creates and distributes them, so it was like a double whammy.
And everywhere that you try to go and recreate is overwhelmed with people using their "new stuff," because there's so few places that are actually open to recreation at the moment. Sure makes it hard to go enjoy the great outdoors right now.
