Fiesta Island is an old landfill they dumped a whole lot of sand on. There isn't really anything there other than a place to picnic or fish etc. There are kayak rentals close though. There are more up and down the coast but these are easy to get to and if you are feeling energized at the end of this you can paddle back to turn it in.

Looks like I'll have to miss this one, too. Sorry everyone. I had already committed to another event on Saturday afternoon. I MIGHT drive down there in the morning just to say hi, but I'm not 100% sure if I'll make it.

The wife and boy will be out of town. Ironically, they'll be in Bend, OR. They're leaving Saturday morning and won't be back until Tuesday. I'm raising my eyebrow in suspicion, Woody
